YOU MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
  1. Be currently enrolled in a Band Program.
  2. Have successfully completed Academic Grade Four.
  3. Have completed one school year of Band instruction
  4. Agree to stay for the ENTIRE term of Camp (Sun. thru Sat.)


The first 100 Applicants meeting all three requirements will be accepted. It is suggested that you register as soon as possi­ble to ensure a place at camp. Students will be registered based on the post mark and date of the enclosed check. Should we have more applicants than the Camp can hold, students will be put on a waiting list and your Deposit will be refunded until a space opens and you are notified.


You will be notified by E-mall if your applica­tion has been accepted as well as the exact date and time of a Parent’s meeting to be held in June.


ALL REGISTRATIONS AND $175.00 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 1

SHOULD WE NOT REACH THE REQUIRED 75 CAMPERS NY MAY 31, ALL FORMS AND CHECKS WILL BE DESTROYED.


COST

We have cut every expense to save every penny possible and still deliver a quality camp. The cost for one week at Band Camp the cost will be $395.00. This year as in the past, we will offer a discounted family rate.  No additional money is needed as this fee will provide all of camper’s needs for the week.
